SHIPPING COSTS

We charge standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout, depending on the selected delivery method. However, should your order be larger or heavier than what is considered standard – we reserve the right to add a surcharge on delivery in the event that the actual delivery charge exceeds the amount quoted on the website.

In some instances, you may put in a request for special shipping instructions i.e., insulated boxes, shipped bare root etc. – we will do our best to accommodate these requests but they may prompt an additional charge for your account.

Any changes in delivery charge will be communicated with the customer BEFORE the parcel is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME

Please Note: we require 3-5 working days to prepare and package your order before we ship. We ship on Mondays ONLY – this is an attempt to avoid situations where packages may sit in storage facilities over a weekend or for extended periods of time, given the sensitive nature of our products. In the event of a public holiday falling on the Monday we will communicate with the client about preferred arrangements.

Our standard delivery time is 3 – 7 workdays, this is dependent on where you are located. If you require the plants sooner or on a specific day, please leave a comment in the checkout notes and we will do our best to accommodate your request. During times of the year with higher order volume, it may take slightly longer. 

We cannot be held responsible for shipment delays made by the courier service.

Please note: orders will only be processed once the payment reflects. If the payment does not reflect by the time orders are packed, it will fall into the next shipping cycle.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Please note, items are updated on the website in real time and items in your cart are not secured until you checkout. We have limited stock availability and operate on a first come, first served basis.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order’s progress on our website under the “Order Tracking” page. Once your order has been packed and shipped, we will communicate the tracking number to you for your convenience.
